Call off's came in for contract 40002680 which has inventory existing are requesting a requisition to buy the product.

It is observed that Call Offs are acting as a Demand by it self though it has contract number 40002680 as a reference.
Contract reference is missed in the planning Table J_3ABDSI and there fore Call Offs individually are been treated as a separate demand by MRP and Purchase requisition is been created.

Resolution

---

Put Rejection reason for existing call off and Create a Call Offs (Sales Order) referring Contract, which should have a contract as a reference in the planning table.
